with mango to any degree of spiciness. For dessert, there is the Indian
classics such as; Nouka, Mawa Kulfi, and Punky Toy. Nouka; a vanilla flavored
ice cream with chocolate sauce, chocolate chips, and truffles. Then there is
the Mawa Kulfi; traditional Indian mango, pistachio, or almond ice cream from
